Magazine.  Hike down to Cedar Falls Waterfall at Petit Jean State Park or catch some fish on Lake Dardanelle and Nimrod.  Looking for more low-key adventures, watch the hang gliders soar over the Arkansas River Valley or enjoy a picnic at sunset from any number of breathtaking vistas.   Just off of state highway 10, Cedar Bluff Cabin feels miles away from anywhere and everyone.  This charming A-frame cabin has three levels with stunning views from decks located on two of those.  The main floor features an open concept well stocked kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning fireplace.  The cabin’s full bathroom is also located on this level.  The main level deck has a gas grill and plenty of room for relaxing.  Back inside and up the spiral staircase guests will find a double twin bedroom and the master king bedroom.  The master bedroom deck has the best view for sunrises, sunsets and stargazing.  To reach the private third bedroom just follow the staircase outside the front door down to a covered landing.   The first floor includes a bedroom with a futon bunk bed and a futon couch, a coffee bar, half-bath and washer/dryer.

This home was completed in 2018. It is a one bedroom located on 36 acres. There are two fishing ponds and hiking/mountain bike trails on the property for guests to use. The kitchen is stocked with Pampered Chef cookware and bakeware. There are new appliances and amenities throughout. The sofa, also purchased new in 2018, converts into a queen bed for 2 additional guests. In the Master bedroom, there is a queen size bed. There is also a large desk for those who are working while away. The bathroom features an oversized soaker tub as well as a large shower head. We have contactless checkin/checkout with our keypad entry system and follow the CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Lake just to name a few. Hollow Bend Wildlife Reserve is a great place to bird watch and if your lucky a deer or bald eagle might pop up. Maybe ten miles away. It has an open living room and kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed, and a kid's playroom/office. This is a perfect place to hide away for a few days and work on your art, writing, or whatever you're needing to focus on. Furnished with cozy country decor, original art, and fresh cut flowers, the home offers guests sunrise a view of Springs, Nebo and Jones Mountains and is just a few miles from the edge of the Ozark National Forest. This property is located in the private gated community of Hot Springs Village if you like the idea of visiting Hot Springs for all it natural beauty and not looking for the bright city lights and the nightlife being in the city of Hot Springs brings with it, then this is the place for you! The entrances of this community have guarded front gates, with amazing Golf Courses and Lakes, Restaurants and Sports Bar. A private community that is unique accommodating for the extremely private family or Senior Citizens. The condo is a lovely two story flat with living and dinning upstairs and a full bath and sleeping quarters with laundry facility located down stairs. It is both practical and comfortable. As an America's Best Property there are other amenities available not available with neighboring properties and other nearby V.R.B.O.'s Please note that the pictures that pop up on this property are mostly for holding as this is a new listing for our firm. It’s not one of our usual luxury properties but it is a nice place for a good price with so many activities to do. The kids love it the moms and dads love it and so do the grandparents. You may have seen some negative reviews from some of our guest who were test and promised not to give a bad review. I take full responsibility as the manager but I was not trying to bait or switch. The last guest actually saw the pictures I posted which are current photos, of the interior and thought it was sufficient to their needs. So although we had some bumps in getting this rental off the ground we have corrected those issues and we believe you’ll enjoy our cozy little hideaway tucked in the woods near several lakes. A nicely updated one level, three bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental home with garage in Hot Springs Village Golf and Lake Resort. The home is less than three miles or less than 10 minutes from the West Security (highway 7) Gate. You are walking distance to the DeSoto trail, Lake DeSoto, shops and restaurants. On the entry level is the living room with sofa and love seat and large SMART HDTV. There is a large dining table with extra chairs on the bar next to the kitchen. The kitchen has been nicely updated with side by side refridgerator, smooth cooktop and updated corian countertops. The large utility room has new HE washer and dryers. There is an all seasons room with chairs and work table. There is a concrete deck with table and a second deck with access down to a large backyard. This one level house is our personal hidden TREASURE! The house is decorated like a personal home and is NOT your typical HSV rental. It's Cute, Cozy and Comfortable and that's what you'll say over and over again as you experience our spectacular Lakeside Treasure on Lake DeSoto. In fact, you'll spend endless hours enjoying the gentle breeze that always seem to be blowing across the lake onto our back yard. Once inside, you will immediately be struck with how the entire back of the house offers a tremendous view of Lake DeSoto. That includes views from the kitchen, kitchen eating area, the Den(tv area), the sunroom, dining room and screened in porch and Master Bedroom! Since we are often at our "Lake House", we have all the comforts of a home for you to enjoy. You will enjoy the well appointed kitchen with everything you'll need, including an Instant hot water faucet and a Keurig coffee maker with enough K-cups to get you started! The Den area is very comfortable with reclining leather full sofa, reclining leather loveseat and reclining leather chair. In the Den area is also a 55" Roku smart TV hooked up to full cable and a DVD player. Do you like HIGH SPEED INTERNET? WE HAVE IT! For loads of fun, we have many games and puzzles in the den cabinet's that guests can use and there are loads of books in the house that you can read if you find one to your liking....reading in the sunroom overlooking the lake, anyone? if you like a good comfortable sleep, you will find a Master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk in closet, 2 large picture windows that allow for GREAT views of the lake, several dressers and a large armoire with lots of drawers. The Master bath is large with a shower/Jacizzi whirlpool tub that is down the master hallway away from the sleeping area to allow for a low noise sleeping environment. Sleep is also restful in the other 2 bedrooms. Both have queen beds with comfortable TempurPedic mattresses, ample closet space and several chest of drawers. Both have cable tv's with dvd players. These 2 bedrooms share a private nearby full bath with tub/shower down the hall from the bedrooms and thus, is NOT a shared Jack n Jill bathroom. Laissez les Bon Temps Rouler!!! Let the good times roll!! We are from New Orleans and we let the good times roll in the back of this house! With its picture perfect views, Lake DeSoto is enjoyed from just about everywhere! From all across the back of the house, (kitchen, Master Bedroom, Den, sunroom and screened in porch), you just won't get tired of the Lake. You can enjoy grilling on the backyard barbe that is on patio and eat on the adjacent table and chairs. And for me personally, I enjoy how the large trees that surround the backyard that provide shade in the morning and afternoon. Just imagine that on a 97 degree day, one can enjoy sipping morning coffee outside on the patio in cool temperatures until about 9:30am and then have an afternoon cool shade to enjoy grilling what your heart desires while having a glass of wine? Our private boat dock is just waiting for you to FISH, kayak or use to swim in the Lake, which is a grandkids favorite! We are very close to the WayPoint Marina, and they rent pontoon boats, kayaks, Paddle board, and paddle boats for your enjoyment. They are available for for rent by the hour or day. Fishing is a joy on this STOCKED freshwater lake which is full of bass and brim. Lake DeSoto can also be enjoyed from sandy Beach DeSoto. . If you're looking for fun on a bigger scale, Lake Balboa is jut 10 miles up the road and a GREAT beach as well. Walking, hiking and biking trails in the Village are virtually endless. You can secure a map of all available routes from the visitor center just inside the West gate. For the active, we are also only a few miles away from the Natatorium swimming and exercise complex and it is located right next to the 12 court Coronado Tennis Complex, both only 4 miles from the house. Pickleball outdoor courts are 1 mile away. And finally, this property has LOCATION, LOCATION and more LOCATION! Being located on the extreme West side of Hot Springs Village, it near WalMart, McDonalds, a nice coffee shop and many restaurants and boutiques for shopping. Hot Springs Village itself is a huge 26,000 acre gated community with over 26 miles of graveled/paved walking /bike trails scattered throughout the Village. There are 11 lakes (Lake DeSoto is the 3rd largest), 2 beaches and 8 championship golf courses.
